Gabrielle joined him and then they were rolling in her king-sized bed, laughing hysterically like small kids. It was the happiness and joy causing it. They could finally relax, knowing that they had each other. Someone to love and someone to be with.

Gabrielle had never been happily in love. All of her previous partners had proven absolute jerks and dorks and it had been pure stupidity and inexperience that had gotten her tangled up with them in the first place. With Michael it was entirely different. They had met by chance, yes. But he was a unique, one-of-a-kind man. A man of manners and good nature. He was hot as well. He was almost too good to be true and Gabrielle knew that. Sometimes she thought that it was all a dream. It was that surreal.

On the other hand, Gabrielle knew how Michael felt about love. He had experienced the dark side of fame and wealth. Women had been after him for his money and luxurious life. They hadn’t fallen in love with the soulful, generous, caring Michael Good. Instead, they had fallen for the billionaire, real estate mogul Michael Good. He had found a person like himself in Gabrielle. That was why it had clicked after seeing each other only a few times. And a few times was more than enough to find real love.

They were lying in the darkness, still smiling and chuckling as the scarce light was slowly disappearing. They didn’t want to stand up yet, because they couldn’t get enough of each other.

He lay on his side, staring at her. His right hand fondled her face and her hair. It found a stray lock of her hair, with which he played, twisting it and turning it gently between his fingers.

“You’re very beautiful. The most beautiful woman in the whole world,” he whispered. It seemed that it was a night for whispers and being intimate.

“You’re not bad yourself. Thanks for saying that. At least I know you aren’t telling me that to get in my panties, because you already did,” she said and chuckled. She propped her head on one hand and put the other on his naked waist.

Michael followed suit. “I like that my sense of humor is contagious. You’re catching it too. Me gusta!”

When he smiled and laughed, Gabrielle noticed that his laugh lines deepened and he reminded her of one of those laughing emoji. When he was laughing, his eyes did too and she loved that about him.

“What are we going to do now?” she asked him, stroking his chest.

“What do you want us to do?” Michael came closer to her body, staring at her from hair to toe with a grin on his face.

“Stop doing that. You’re embarrassing me!” Gabrielle giggled, feeling heat overwhelming her body.

“What should I stop doing, gorgeous girl? I found myself the most fabulous woman in the world and I can’t get enough of her sexiness,” he said and put his hand on her butt, squeezing one butt cheek.

“You’re too flattering, you know that.” Gabrielle leaned in to kiss his beautiful, masculine nose. Literally, there wasn’t a spot on his body that she didn’t adore. “And you dodged my original question.”

“Oh, yeah, right,” he said and slapped his forehead theatrically. “Hmm…What should we do? Climb Mount Everest? Bungee jump? See Big Ben? Swim in the Mediterranean? What’s your choice?”

Gabrielle was laughing with all her heart. Her stomach was aching as well as the muscles on her face. And even her eyes were teary from all that laughing. “You know, the moment you open your mouth, I start to laugh.”

“I was just suggesting some awesome activities. You have to give me that.” He was chuckling himself and at his own jokes.

“I’m serious. Something realistic. Do we have a plan for tonight?” Gabrielle asked and sandwiched his face between her hands.

“Oh, I know. I know the perfect plan. Wait for it. It’s brilliant,” he spoke slowly and when he did that Gabrielle knew that he was going to say something nasty. “Our plan is that we don’t have a plan. We stay in bed all night and all day and do whatever hell we want. Does that work?” He kissed her lips again, again, and again.

With an easy pull, he hauled Gabrielle on top of him. She locked onto his middle with her bare thighs. “You know what?” Her voice was serious now. She stared into his dark eyes.

“What?” There was a hint of worry in his.

“Sometimes… Sometimes I think that I don’t deserve you. Sometimes I think that you’re too good for me,” she said in a low tone.

Michael’s face lit up immediately. He put his hands on her back and pulled her closer to him. Their faces were an inch or two apart.

“Well, you’re not alone in that, my Gabby. I often think that myself. All of this… Gabby, you are too good to me.” There was honesty and sincerity in his voice and in the glint of his eyes. And that melted her heart.

She kissed him passionately, their tongues intertwined as well as their hands. Their bodies rocked slowly into the small hours of the morning.

Outside, the moon had apparently chased away the dark, gloomy clouds. An innocent, milky white light washed over them as they explored each other’s bodies and made love.
