“No.” She shouldn’t have said that it was mean and spiteful. She didn’t want to ease up on him until he admitted how foolish he had been but she didn’t want him to go either.
“I was shocked and jealous to see you with Chris, when it comes to you Trish, I don’t behave like a rational man, I lost my head for a second, and thought it better to go cool off rather than talk to you in anger. I am sorry Trish, I didn’t mean to hurt your feelings.”
“I know. We both have our issues to deal with and it’s not going to be any easier in our future unless we learn to trust each other. Going forward we both need to discuss our problems before jumping to conclusions and taking things for granted, well that’s if you want to continue working on what we have.”
“What are you saying Trish?”
“I’m saying I don’t want us to end, I’m willing to work on our relationship if you want the same.”
He reached out to cup her face with both his hands. “I love you Trish, more than the air I breathe, more than I ever thought could be possible. I’m willing to put in the work and make that sacrifice if necessary for all three of us as a family.”

Life with Harvey was bound to be an emotional roller coaster but she was in it for the long haul and had no plans to get off that ride anytime soon.
Harvey had predicted that with her as the face of his upcoming maternity line, it would be very successful. Harvey had that Midas touch so she knew that with him managing her career their family would never want or need for anything. She knew that once their baby was born, she would get more modeling jobs, probably would leave to go overseas to earn more money where the dollar was stronger.
She would eventually have to choose between her family and her career but those were things she could contemplate later, right now it was all about enjoying the now. Trish didn’t see herself as a stay at home mom but who knew if she’d change her mind once the baby was born but when that time came they would both deal with it.
