“What are you gonna do about Rosie?”
“I guess I could turn her over to the police.”
“Don’t.”
“Why not? She would have killed you. Don’t you want to press charges?”
“I’m not sure I want any more negative publicity.”
“I’m afraid she may try to finish what she started.”
“She snapped like in that television show, maybe when she comes to her senses she will realize all she stands to lose, for now just get a restraining order for me.”
“Are you still going to coach her son?”
“Yes, when you talk to her again, let her know that the condition for me not pressing charges is that she returns Patrick to his father and that she is to stay the hell away from me and my family.”

Her bruises eventually faded and no other incidents occurred. Rosie kept her side of the bargain and gave Patrick’s father full custody of their son and high tailed it out of the state, never to be seen or heard from again. Her life was almost back to normal. She couldn’t help but feel a bit edgy in the house by herself whenever Phillip was away. Once they were married, she would eventually move in with him to his mansion but for now a part of her still wanted to hang on to what was left of her single life before they exchanged vows. Rosie had practically done all the damage she could to destroy Lorraine’s business but by the grace of God, business had started to pick up, she was getting new clients, most of them business acquaintances of Phillip.
Her business was salvageable and up and running. She no longer had to worry about starting over from scratch, with Rosie out of the way some of her former clients started to trickle back in without Rosie there to speak her negativity in their ears. She wished things could have turned out differently but it was good to see Patrick happy after being reunited with his father. He still retained her as his personal coach and she enjoyed her sessions with him and his friends.
She focused her attention on the computer screen and scrolled down the page, reading the comments on her fitness page. Most of the comments were positive with only the occasional gripe, which was harmless and nothing to worry about.
She and Phillip had a small but beautiful ceremony. His mother and her parents both came to share in their joy and was happy beyond measure.
Lo’s mother amused Phillip the most, she took one look at Phillip and said, “Phillip, what took you so long honey?” She was most relieved as she thought her only child would never find a man to settle down with. The possibility of future grandbabies made her the happiest woman alive. Her father had recently recovered from a mild heart attack so Lorraine took her aside to explain to her why that lovely woman who had brought her to this city to work was missing. Her mom’s jaw dropped as she realized how close she came to losing her only child to that nutcase. Of course, her mom wanted to know what became of her.
“Phillip had her institutionalized so she could get the help and therapy she needed.”
Phillip was the happiest man alive and even when one of the waiters tripped and dropped their wedding cake this control freak was good natured about it all, nothing was going to ruin his day with Lorraine. They were dying for the reception to be over, they wanted to eat real food not the bite sized meal that waiters served them with numerous glasses of champagne. His friends were evil, constantly tapping their wine glasses so that they had to keep kissing each time they tapped. Lorraine swore at one point her lips were swollen and bleeding but Phillip just smile unabashed, he enjoyed thoroughly kissing Lorraine senseless so she could think about nothing else but him.
Camera lights flashed as everyone wanted a picture of the glamorous couple. A lot of famous models, publicist, media moguls, and elite businessmen had arrived in droves to congratulate the couple on tying the knot. Phillip took a leave so long from his business that if he didn’t own it, it would have seemed like early retirement. Everyone congratulated him on his vows, they never knew this aggressive business man could be so sentimental. He was taking a break from the rat race to go on a cruise with Lorraine and tour the world for a few months. They promised to send their respective parents lots of post cards and pictures from whichever city they happened to land in and let them know that they were alive and well.
They would stay at a hotel that night and leave in the morning to go on their cruise. They took each other’s clothes off and jumped into the large king size bed after eating a hearty meal.
“I’m exhausted.” He said. “Who knew getting married would be so much work.”
Lo said jokingly. “Having regrets already?”
He smiled at me. “Who me, never…”

“We should get some sleep, we have to get up early in the morning.” Lo yawned as she sank deeper in folds of the bed. It was just perfect for a good night’s rest. Phillip joined her, his long muscular legs stretched out until their knees were practically touching. He reached across her to turn off the bedside lamp.
Even in the dark, Phillip saw her face light up with delight at the effect his nearness was having on her body. Lo snuggled up to him, and laid her head on his chest marveling at his heartbeat she could get used to listening to it every night. His fingers found her bre*sts in the darkness and he began lightly caressing them. They had both shared a bubble bath before going to bed and their skins were satiny smooth and they both smelled sweet, the feel of his palm on her bre*st was having an effect on her.
“I’m all yours, Lorraine, if you want me.”
Suddenly Lo forgot how tired she was as she sat up to kiss him over and over again.
The end.
